We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, here is exactly how returns work at BUXAP | bloom. We accept returns; we do not offer exchanges of any kind.
Return window
Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of the date your tracking shows the package as delivered.
For split shipments, the 7-day window starts on the delivery date of the final package in the order.
Once approved, the item must be shipped back to the returns warehouse within 7 business days of submission.
Condition of returned items
To qualify for a full refund, every returned item must be:
Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.
In its original clear garment bag with the SKU sticker intact.
With all original tags still attached.
Final sale — not returnable
The following categories cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons:
Beauty
Bodysuits
Face masks
Intimates & lingerie
Jewelry
Swimwear
How to start a return
Email support@buxap.org within 7 days of delivery, with your order number and a short reason for the return.
We will reply within 1–2 business days with a Return Authorization (RMA) number and the exact warehouse address.
Ship the item back within 7 business days, clearly marking the RMA number on the outside of the package.
Returns sent without an RMA number cannot be identified by the warehouse and may be refused or delayed.
Return shipping costs
Return shipping is paid by the customer.
If the item arrived damaged, defective, or we shipped the wrong product, return shipping is on us — just include photos in your initial email.
Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
Restocking fee
Returns that do not meet the conditions above (received after the return window, missing tags, no original garment bag, signs of wear, etc.) are subject to a 20% restocking fee or may be declined entirely at the warehouse's discretion.
Refund processing
Once the returned package is received, please allow 5–7 business days for the warehouse to inspect and process the return. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Depending on your bank, it may take an additional 3–10 business days for the credit to appear on your statement. We will email you to confirm once the return has been processed.
