You must be at least 18 years old to place an order on this website. By submitting an order, you confirm that you are 18 or older (or have reached the legal age of majority in your state of residence) and are legally able to enter into a binding purchase contract under U.S. law. We do not knowingly accept orders from minors. If we discover an order was placed by someone under 18, we may cancel it and refund any payment. You also agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes, and confirm that any information you provide is accurate, current, and complete.

BUXAP | bloom is an independent online women's fashion boutique. We sell curated women's clothing, bags, and shoes — a coquette and balletcore-inspired edit — to adult consumers (18+) located in the United States. We operate exclusively online; we do not run a physical storefront. All orders are fulfilled and shipped from a partner warehouse located in the United States.

2. Shipping destinations

We currently sell and ship only to addresses within the United States. Orders to international addresses, U.S. territories, APO/FPO addresses, or P.O. boxes cannot be accepted and will be cancelled and refunded.

3. Products and pricing

We try to display products, descriptions, images, colors, and prices as accurately as possible, but we do not guarantee they are always complete or error-free. Product images are for illustration; actual colors may vary slightly depending on your screen. All products are subject to availability and may be changed or discontinued at any time. Prices are shown in U.S. dollars and may change at any time before an order is placed; the price charged is the price displayed at checkout when you submit the order.

4. Orders and acceptance

Placing an order is an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or reject any order for reasons including product unavailability, pricing or listing errors, suspected fraud, payment problems, or compliance concerns. If we cannot accept an order after payment has been taken, we will cancel it and refund the amount paid. You are responsible for providing accurate billing, shipping, and contact details.

Discount codes and promotions are valid only for the period and conditions stated, cannot be combined unless we explicitly allow it, have no cash value, are non-transferable, and may be modified, suspended, or cancelled where necessary, including in cases of abuse, fraud, or error.

If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account. Please notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized use.
