Shipping Policy

We ship exclusively within the United States. All orders are fulfilled from our partner warehouse in California.
Delivery times
- Apparel — 2 to 5 business days from order confirmation.
- Bags & shoes — 5 to 10 business days from order confirmation.
Delivery windows are counted in business days (Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays) and already include the time needed to prepare and dispatch your order — there is no additional processing delay on top.
Shipping costs
- Free shipping on all orders of $35 or more.
- Orders under $35: a flat $5 shipping fee, calculated at checkout.
Where we ship
At this time, BUXAP | bloom ships only to addresses within the 50 United States. Orders to U.S. territories, APO/FPO addresses, P.O. boxes, or international destinations cannot be fulfilled and will be cancelled and refunded automatically.
Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. Please allow up to 24 hours for the carrier to register the first scan.
Lost or delayed shipments
If your tracking has not updated for more than 7 business days, or if the carrier marks your package as delivered but you have not received it, please contact us at support@buxap.org within 14 days of the last tracking update so we can open an investigation with the carrier.
Address accuracy
It is the customer's responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address. We cannot reroute or refund packages that are returned to the warehouse because of an incorrect address provided at checkout.
Circumstances beyond our control
Estimated delivery times are provided in good faith and are not guaranteed. From time to time, shipments may be delayed by events outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to: carrier delays, customs or regulatory inspections, severe weather, natural disasters, public health emergencies, strikes, fulfillment backlogs during U.S. or international holidays, warehouse or stock issues at our fulfillment partners, and acts of god or force majeure. While we will always do everything we can to resolve such delays quickly and keep you informed, BUXAP | bloom cannot be held liable for delays, losses, or damages caused by these circumstances, and such events are not grounds for a refund of the merchandise itself. Refunds in these situations, where applicable, are limited to shipping fees actually paid.
